How to buy a CEO’s Office in GTA Online
We’re looking at buying your first CEO’s Office in Grand Theft Auto Online
Grand Theft Auto 5 and GTA Online are insanely large and complicated; with literally hundreds of different mechanics, and quality of life features. Given the vast quantity of things throughout the game, it’s nigh impossible to find and remember them all.
So in this series, we’re taking you through some of the most awesome features in GTA, that you probably might not know about.
Before we dive in; if you’re new to the channel, we do How To Guides, News and Giveaways; So consider subscribing and ringing the bell, to stay up-to-date.
So, why do you need a CEO’s Office (apart from the flex, of course)? The main reason is to access a lot of the more advanced money-making opportunities in the game. In addition to the VIP work, a CEO’s office will give you access to the Cargo Warehouse, Special Vehicles missions and the Vehicle warehouse, which in my opinion, is one of the most fun businesses in the game.
In addition, the office gives you untimed access to VIP work. You still have the cool-downs; but are no longer limited to 4 hour sessions; which is super-handy, if you’re getting your grind on, over the weekend.
To grab a CEO’s office, you’ll need at least LS $1,000,000. Sometimes the offices are on special during certain event weeks; but let’s assume you’re paying full price.
Once you have LS $1,000,000 either jump into a Solo or Invite-Only Session; or head somewhere safe, like the LS Car Meet, so you won’t get griefed while you’re on the internet.
Once we arrive at the Maze Bank West building, you’ll see a new marker available; walk in… then sit back for a few minutes and watch the briefing.
About Maze Bank West
It’s a significant element of GTA Online’s new update, Further Adventures in Finance and Felony, where it’s an Office for Organizations. It costs $1,000,000 on the Dynasty 8 Executive website and may be enlarged with an Office Garage, enabling access to the garage door on the side of the bottom level.
Despite the building’s diminutive size, elevators to the offices show either the 25th or 21st floor during cutscenes, however this does not match the view from the window. The garage is 9 stories tall, yet the lowest level is already 3-4 floors above the street.
The player can then start Special Cargo, Vehicle Cargo, and Special Vehicle Work. Without having to leave the building, the player can choose an aeroplane and spawn mid-air above the helipad, or choose a ground vehicle to be transported outdoors.
It is undoubtedly one of the most crowded locations in GTA Online due to its low cost and proximity to the cheapest high-end apartment.
About the Arcadius Business Center
On the roof of this office building sits a helipad. It’s connected to the Union Depository by a bridge.
Elevators in glass shafts go up and down the structure. These are just cosmetic and cannot be touched. The structure is mainly glass with bright wind-blown banners.
Its primary entrance appears to be on Alta Street, as indicated by the red roadway flanked by trees. The crimson carpet runs from the driveway to the main entrance. But in GTA Online, the building isn’t accessible through these entrances in GTA V. Pay $2.00 for valet parking outside the main door. Other signs say taxi zone.
The Union Depository complex has a footbridge going to the facility. Upper level stairways on Las Lagunas, Alta, and San Andreas. The complex is adorned with trees and shrubs. The other side of the building faces the Del Perro Freeway. A mid-level is accessed by stairways on Las Lagunas Boulevard or Alta Street, immediately south of the highway.
Both Las Lagunas Boulevard and Alta Street lead to an underground parking lot. In the parking lot are numerous broken elevators (functional as Office Garage access in the enhanced version of GTA Online). A helipad is on the roof. Roof access is available in GTA Online’s upgraded edition.
About Lombank West
Location: Boulevard Del Perro/Bay City Avenue, Del Perro, Los Santos. In Santa Monica, the California Bank & Trust Structure (100 Wilshire) is a 21-story (91 m) tall building.
It’s a branch of Lombank, which is owned by the Bank of Liberty and has branches in Liberty City. Despite its inaccessibility, the structure contains pedestrians.
A helipad is on the roof. Roof access is available in GTA Online’s upgraded edition.
It is an Office for Organizations in the upgraded edition of GTA Online. With an Office Garage, it is possible to reach the garage door from the ground floor side. It sells for $3,000,000 on the Dynasty 8 Executive website. The player can then start Special Cargo, Vehicle Cargo, and Special Vehicle Work. Without having to leave the building, the player can choose an aeroplane and spawn mid-air above the helipad, or choose a ground vehicle to be transported outdoors.
About Maze Bank Tower
A full block on Pillbox Hill, the tower, plaza, and gardens are bounded by San Andreas Avenue, Vespucci Boulevard, Alta Street, Power Street. It is the tallest skyscraper in San Andreas and one of Los Santos’ most recognised.
It is Maze Bank’s main headquarters, with enormous Maze Bank signage that lights up at night. The building’s foundation has parking garage access on the south and east sides, and delivery doors on the north and west, although none give underground access. There are steps in the south-west corner with fountains and plants leading to the plaza. The plaza includes a circle of plants, fountains, and steps.
The upper ramps of San Andreas Avenue lead to the building’s main entrance, which has parking ramps leading to a garage door, but only works in GTA Online. In front of the plaza is the Schlongberg Sachs building. Maze Bank brick sculptures are at the north-east corner and the stairwell entrance. The labyrinth motifs are also on the outside. A helipad is on the roof. Roof access is available during some missions and is completely functional in GTA Online’s upgraded edition.
