Review of the GTA 5 Toundra Panthere
The latest addition to GTA 5’s drip-feed content is the Toundra Panthere, available at Legendary Motorsports for $2.17 million. The car boasts a top speed of 98 mph or 158 km/h and offers bumper, exhaust, grille, hood, livery, roof, skirt, sun strip, and spoiler customization options. While the liveries are nice, they’re nothing special, and the louvers are a nice touch. The handling is spry, and the car sticks well. However, the engine is essentially a tuner and more or less what you’d expect out of a standard straight-six. The pop on the spool down is a little uninspired as well.
Is the Toundra Panthere Worth It?
In terms of GTA Online’s Toundra Panthere, it’s not terribly inspired and doesn’t offer much that’s new or unique. For the most part, it’s not worth the hefty price tag of $2.17 million. The Alpine A110 is a better alternative, offering similar handling but at a significantly lower price point.
Concluding Thoughts
If you’re a die-hard collector of all things GTA 5, then the Toundra Panthere might be worth adding to your collection. However, if you’re looking for something unique and exciting, you may be disappointed. Given the similarity to other cars in the game and the lack of significant differentiation, it’s probably best to stick with a cheaper alternative like the Alpine A110.
