Grand Theft Auto Online: The Contract DLC – South Central Leak Ballas Mission Walkthrough
Grand Theft Auto (GTA) is a truly massive game, with GTA 5 and constant online updates providing endless new content and exciting activities. In this video, we’ll be guiding you through the Balas mission for the South Central League in the Contract DLC for GTA 5 Online. Join us for a walkthrough and helpful tips to complete this mission solo.
Tools You’ll Need
Before beginning the mission, we highly recommend equipping yourself with snacks, armor, a heavy automatic weapon, and a grenade launcher. This will give you the best chance of success and keep you prepared for any threats you may encounter along the way.
Starting the Mission
After completing the previous setup, head outside for a few moments until you receive a call from Amani Franklin. Head back to your office terminal to receive the briefing and begin the Balas mission for the South Central League. You’ll then be given a marker to head to Textile City and meet up with Franklin’s contact.
Taking Out the Balas
Grab any vehicle and head over to the designated location in Davis. Once there, arm yourself with your heavy weapons and be prepared for heavy resistance. Avoid standing in the middle of the street as the Balas will flank you and take you out quickly. Keep an eye on your health and armor levels and don’t hesitate to hide for a few moments to restock.
Once the area is clear of all Balas, meet back up with Vernon and follow him to the lock-up down the alley. There is no threat here, so you’ll just have to wait it out while Vernon speaks with your new friend.
After completing this setup, head back to the agency and wait for Amani or Franklin to contact you for the finale. Once you’ve cleared the area and completed the mission solo, you’ll receive a “Mission Passed” prompt. Congrats on completing the Balas mission for the South Central League in the Contract DLC!
