GTA Discounts This Week: A Vehicle and Weapons Guide
GTA online releases its weekly update, and this week we are treated to a variety of discounts on vehicles and weapons. Let’s delve into what’s worth grabbing and what’s worth leaving from the updates released Thursday, the 16th of March 2023.
Vehicles
The first vehicle on the list is the Sea Sparrow, previously priced at 1815 Grand but currently on sale at 50% off, reducing the price to 975. This two-seater helicopter can reach speeds of 153 miles per hour but is not particularly responsive, making it frustrating to control. It’s a pass this week.
The Miljet, usually priced at 1,700,000 Grand, is currently on sale at 25% off, bringing it down to 1,275,000 Grand. It’s a 16-seater plane that reaches 161 miles per hour, but it’s tough to control and maneuver. If you have a large crew or enjoy public lobby challenges, it’s worth the investment.
The Tyrant, usually priced at 2,515,000 Grand, is also on sale at 25% off, bringing it down to 1,890,000 Grand. This two-seater rear-wheel-drive six-speed supercar can reach speeds of 127 miles per hour, with excellent handling, but it’s an average investment, so it’s better to skip it.
The Taipan usually priced around 2 million Grand is now on sale at 25% off. A two-seater rear-wheel-drive six-speed supercar that can reach 126 miles per hour, it’s incredibly fast and a great ride. However, it’s not unique and not worth the investment.
The Rustin is usually priced at 430 Grand but is currently discounted by 50%, bringing it down to 215. It’s a two-seater rear-wheel-drive five-speed that’s quick to accelerate, reaching top speeds of 116 miles per hour. It’s a nice ride and an amazing investment.
The Brocade 6×6 is priced at 1,450,000 Grand, but it’s on sale this week at 30% off, bringing it down to slightly over 1,000,000 Grand. It’s an all-wheel-drive service vehicle with six seats and five-speed. It’s a brilliant car, but it’s available for free after completing the first Doomsday Heist mission.
The Weaponized Tamper, usually priced at 2,108,000 Grand, is now on sale at 25% off, reducing the price to just under 1.6 million Grand. This two-seater all-wheel-drive four-speed muscle car reaches a top speed of 112 miles per hour and can pull hard. Though the handling is disappointing, it’s still worth the purchase.
The final car on the list is the Beta Jukes retailing at 378,000 Grand. It’s 50% discounted this week, bringing its price to 189 Grand. It’s a two-seater rear-wheel-drive five-speed muscle car that reaches top speeds of 112 miles per hour. However, it’s not worth the investment as Duke of Death is available at no cost.
Weapons
Grenades and Pip bombs are discounted by 30% this week, so it’s an excellent opportunity to stock up on ammunition.
Lastly, the Jerry Can is also available at a discounted price of USD 70. It’s not used often but is an affordable buy for cheap fun.
Other
The Lost Dos DLC is available, which is a series of five missions. The Virtue is now accessible to GTA Plus members for free, but it contributes to the introduction of season passes on GTA 6. New subscribers are advised to look for more content like this if interested.
