Grand Theft Auto is a truly massive game. Between GTA 5 and the constant updates from Rockstar for GTA Online; there’s no shortage of new content and interesting things to do.
Join me, then, in our continuing series, every damn business, in GTA 5 as we look at the Grand Theft Auto story mode business, Smoke on the Water.
Before we dive in; if you’re new to the channel, we do How To Guides, News and Giveaways; So consider subscribing and ringing the bell, to stay up-to-date.
Smoke on the Water becomes available to purchase pretty early on in the game; and can only be purchased by Franklin.
You can purchase Smoke on the Water for $204,000, with the default earnings of $9,300per week. With each in-game day being around 48 minutes; that means you’ll receive $9,300for every 5.5 hours of gameplay (which can be shortened by mission time jumps).
With that in mind, it would take you a minimum 123 hours to recover your investment.
…that said; assuming you’re taking your time with the game, you’re not a speed runner and you regularly jump on and play… it’s a solid “maybe”. 123 hours of game play is a lot; but if you play regularly, and purchase this as soon as Franklin can afford it, then it might pay out before you get bored of story mode; maybe.
