Know any neat mods we could use to do a bit more exploration in Lost Santos, or North Yankton? Leave your suggestions in the comments.
Michael spots a red Bison as he gets at his location. “Ah, red truck yeah,” he adds, “Oh screw it, why not?” He then goes up to the front of the vehicle and recites the line “Take me to my father-father brother-uncle, Kifflom” from an Epsilon booklet. As soon as he says this, two cult members appear from behind him and hit him in the face, both shouting “Kifflom” as they do so.
Michael wakes on the Grand Senora Desert, being flung out of a black Bison. He’s down to his underwear and a tank top, but he’s still got all of his money and guns. Cris Formage’s voice was the last thing heard, asking him to contribute $500 to the cult.
Wait for the e-mail, give $500 on the website, and then wait 12 in-game hours (take naps to speed up the time) for another Epsilon sign to show on the map before moving on to the next task.
In Grand Theft Auto V, the Epsilon Program is considerably more prominent. The show’s offices are located on Spanish Avenue in Rockford Hills, Los Santos, close protagonist Michael De Santa’s house.
Early in the game, the player may hear a Weazel News report claiming that the United States government has denied the Epsilon Program religious classification, allowing it to be taxed. According to Weazel News, Cris Formage was spotted weeping on the courthouse steps as a result of the movement. This may be why the cult asks Michael for huge amounts of money when their missions begin.
Michael also has the option of joining the Epsilon Program. These missions are started by logging on to the Epsilon website as Michael and filling out a brief survey. Following the completion of the survey, Michael will be able to perform the following tasks:
After completing all of these tasks, Michael will be approached by Marnie Allen, who will inform him that he must locate all 10 Epsilon Tracts in order to write the Epsilon Tract of the 9th Paradigm, which she claims has already been written. Without her assistance, the 10 Epsilon Tracts must be gathered in a particular sequence and cannot be discovered. Michael will notice a tiny puzzle at the end of each text message he gets from her, which will reveal the location of the next Epsilon Tract.
