How to Get Gold in the GTA 5 Mission “Exercising Demons” with Trevor

If you’re a Grand Theft Auto (GTA) enthusiast, you know how massive the game is. From GTA 5 to the constant updates from Rockstar for GTA Online, there’s no shortage of new content and interesting things to do. Join us in our continuing series of getting gold in every damn mission in GTA 5 as we look at the Trevor variation of the Grand Theft Auto mission, “Exercising Demons.”

GTA 5 Gold Missions

Getting gold in this mission is pretty straightforward. First, ensure Trevor’s stamina is maxed out before getting started. If not, there’s no point getting started on this mission. Check out our guide on how to max out your stamina in GTA Online, which works just as well for GTA 5 solos. The goal of this mission is to avoid bumping into Mary Ann and win the race in under 1 minute and 42 seconds.

The Race Begins

After the cutscene, hop on the bike and go flat out. You can’t do this with Trevor on low stamina. The real trick here is to bunny hop when you can so you can keep up your pace without using up too much stamina. Ensure you don’t bump Mary Ann as it upsets her, and you might miss out on a gold. Sometimes, you need to take corners a little bit wider on a less optimal line to avoid jostling her. There’s a little corner you can cut that will get you more or less clear of Mary Ann for the rest of the race. Be sure to watch out for traffic.

Concentration and Focus

As you pull away from Mary Ann, concentrate on managing your line and staying ahead by continuing to hit that sprint button. Watch out for traffic as you cross the road. Lean forward on the bike as you’re on the road to keep up your pace. You’re almost at the finish line, so you’ll only need to hit two or three more checkpoints. Across the thing and through the shed, smash it, and you’ve got gold!

before you get started otherwise there’s no point even getting going on this one
there’s a link in the description below and using the card up the top right
to one of our guides which takes you through how to max your stamina it’s for gta online but it
works just as well for gta 5 solos to get gold in this one we’ll need to avoid bumping marianne
and win the race in under 1 minute and 42 seconds so let’s jump on the bike after the cutscene
and what we want to do here is essentially go absolutely flat out which is why you can’t do this
with trevor on low stamina now the real trick here is to bunny hop when you can the controls are on
screen now to keep up the pace without having to use up too much stamina what you really need to do
is make sure that you don’t bump mary anne if you bump her she gets very very upset
and of course we miss out on a gold so you need to sometimes take some of these corners
a little bit wider and on a less than optimal line just to make sure that you don’t jostler
nearly got there so there’s a little corner we can cut there and that gets us more or less clear of
marianne for the rest of the race i think we don’t have to worry about bumping into her too much
watch out for traffic so up here and then we want to take a wide berth on this corner
and as we pull away from very end now we can just concentrate on
managing our line and making sure that we stay ahead by just smashing that that sprint button
now watch out for traffic as you come across the road there
i’m not too far away from the finish line i think two or three more checkpoints to go so leaning
forward on the bike because we’re on the road that makes it really really easy to keep up the pace
across the thing and then through the shed
and absolutely smashed it in very very happy with that one
and that’s gold so got the good cyclist and the quick win so that’s the avoiding at marianne and
of course under a minute and 42 seconds so very very happy with that one and that brings us to
