In Grand Theft Auto V, only Michael and Franklin have to learn to fly more than Trevor, an experienced pilot. If the player prefers an offshore method after the Scouting of the Port Mission, Trevor can advise Michael to go to school. Notice that Michael does not need to go to the flight school, but the preparation is good.
The player knows how to fly ships, helicopters and to do sky diving like the Pilot School in the Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. There are 12 levels in all and for each player, based on how well the player passes the class, a particular medal (gold, silver or bronze). If the player destructs an airplane, is too distant and entailed in a remote area or takes too long for a lesson to be accomplished, a mission failure can occur. Unlike projects, these exercises have no control points or the choice to repeat (three times after failure).
The flight school is composed of 10 solo lectures at Grand Theft Auto Online, which include fighting manoeuvring, low-flying obstacles, practicing flying and more.
The GTA V flight instructor is Jackson while JT Boyd is the GTA Online flight instructor.
