Getting gold in this mission can be a bit trying as the cops are a bit challenging to avoid if you don’t know precisely where to go.

At a shop front on Sinner Street in Textile City, Franklin meets Barry and Barry hits him with the sales pitch for drug legalization. Franklin enjoys the thought of smoking marijuana, but feels the political rhetoric of Barry all sounds’ kind of nonsense ‘.

Barry gives him a pull on a joint and without delay, Franklin takes him up. However, he may not have intense hallucinations like the ones Michael and Trevor have though Franklin is now a frequent pot smoker. Actually, before grinding the joint under his shoe, Franklin tells Barry that the marijuana is trash.

Barry then finagles Franklin to scan the city for cars carrying marijuana stashes that need to be shipped to the apartment of Barry to supply the City Hall’s ‘Smoke-in’ Barry has planned.

He’ll get a text message from Barry after Franklin leaves that shows the locations of the stash cars. The places where the vehicles can be found will be shown on the world map and mini-map as broad light green circles.

Owing to it being merely a cutscene and having no targets or medal challenges, the mission will not be replayed afterwards.

bit trying as the cops are a bit challenging to avoid if you don’t know precisely where to go
to get gold in this one we’ll need to completely avoid detection and deliver the truck in two
minutes and 45 seconds so you can find the truck here it’s near the lumber yard
okay so let’s pick up after we’ve gotten organized
so once we’re off the phone with barry we can see the lift truck on the left hand side there
the little grey job it’s not even great nick but it does look pretty cool i’m sure if we
were to borrow one of these it would uh do our polish up quite nicely all right now we do not
want to follow the yellow line on this one we want to instead sneak down to the right
now this is a bit awkward but if you go out any of the main entrances
you’ll get busted by the cops so we’re just going to sneak out the back here and it’s not going to
be graceful but it will work all right so straight off the edge here just plant it
there we go all right i don’t think we’ve got much of a choice we’re going to have to go down the
drain and we’ll just try and find somewhere to sneak up there we go that’s convenient
right cops avoided brilliant now it’s just a case of following the gps back to barry’s place and we
don’t need to worry too much about the condition of the truck we just need to make sure that we
keep the pace up as much as possible so try and avoid hitting anything
use franklin’s ability where you can to pick up the pace
because anything you clobber will slow us down and risk that timed gold medal
so you can see that coming through the corners if you use franklin’s ability
really helps pick up the pace on the
straight
and we should rock it out of this corner once we’re through
there we go yeah that could have ended poorly this thing really gets a move when it wants
to get going okay so we’ll slow it down here wipe off some speed using franklin’s ability
and then pull in to barry’s apartments there we go round to the left afterwards and plant the
foot there we go right so that should be gold we’ll just head away and give barry a quick bell
you just won’t get off the phone there we go right and that should be mission complete just wait
for that to register and gold there we are so we managed to absolutely rock it back with about 40
seconds to spare so you can see if you collected anything or got caught in traffic it would end
poorly right so thanks for watching to the end as promised here’s how the smoking ended up going
where you at mr revolutionary the smoking i’m at city hall i’m the only fool here
uh uh all right yeah oh [ __ ] uh yeah yeah i’ll be right there
i uh i didn’t forget i was busy they are busy that’s it fight the power
