Know any neat mods we could use to do a bit more exploration in Lost Santos, or North Yankton? Leave your suggestions in the comments.
Getting gold in this one is pretty straightforward; especially considering this is just a bit of a fetch quest
There’s no special equipment needed for this one, so let’s pick it up from the end of the cutscene
…and with that, we can see Trevor sliding back into a smoke induced haze, as his mother’s short-lived appearance re-ignites what I can only imagine is some horrific unresolved childhood trauma.
I genuinely feel for Trevor here; this cannot be easy, and by all accounts, the people around him aren’t really there for him to lean on.
So, this is the last video in our series, Getting Gold in Every Damn mission in GTA 5. It’s taken a few years, but we now have a video for every main mission, every treasure hunt available on PC, and every Freaks mission that can be done without 100-percenting the game, first. Over 200 videos in total, with over a thousand hours in production work.
Before we wrap up, I’d like to acknowledge some of the amazing people that have made this happen…
Who consistently delivers great video editing; making these tutorials relevant, punchy and most importantly, useful.
Who provides some of the gameplay when I ran out of time or talent.
Who’s audio mastering has improved the voiceover quality immensely.
Who converts our popular video guides to long-form written tutorials for the oldgrumpygamers.com website
Who, in addition to putting up with my sh*t, works on marketing and keeping the channel on track.
…and former team members Ahmad O (who did our video editing before Kengo) and Lukas F (who occasionally provided gameplay footage).
I’d also like to acknowledge some new team members, and occasional guests:
Who pairs with me on Live Streams and occasionally subs in for voiceovers and updates.
Who’s just joined the team as a script writer; to help with the Weekly Updates
This has been an epic journey. Thank you so much for supporting this series.
We’re looking forward to continuing with GTA Online tutorials, and then jumping into GTA 6 if it ever comes.
