GTA 5 Parachute Jump 10/13 Carving the Mountain – Get Gold Walkthrough Guide

Grand Theft Auto 5 is an expansive game with tons of content to play, including the constantly evolving GTA Online. In this video, we will guide you on how to get gold in Dom’s GTA 5 parachute jump 10 of 13, Carving the Mountain. We’ll go through the steps, so you can get the best possible score in this mission.

Getting Started

Before anything else, make sure to subscribe to our channel for more how-to guides, news, and giveaways. Also, hit the bell icon to stay updated when we release new content. To start the mission, we must first head to Cassidy Creek, indicated on the map. Once there, switch to Franklin and trigger the parachute jump.

The Parachute Jump

Once you trigger the parachute jump, prepare yourself for a long way down. Lean forward to dip a bit and anticipate the turns you’ll encounter along the way. Keep in mind that the critical factor in getting gold is to hit dead center on the target as even a few inches off can lower your overall score.

This mission is pretty simple until the last second when you need to do a few turns around the mountain, but don’t worry too much as the game provides helpful markers that you can follow. As you go through the jump, take the time to appreciate Rockstar’s work and the scenery they have created.

As you head to some of the more challenging areas of the mountain, be careful not to dip too early, avoid the animals flying by, and keep it as steady as possible with just a slight tilt to avoid any mishaps. Remember, you’ll have a steep dive all the way back down, so do not let go of the parachute just yet.

Hitting the Targets

You need to hit each target dead center to get maximum points, especially for the last two targets, which can significantly affect your score. When you’re close to the last target, hold back on your parachute’s brakes to ensure Franklin’s body or his head is lined up with the middle of the marker.

If things go well, you should land right at the center of the target, making you eligible to get a perfect 100 score. Getting this score earns you more than 300 points and a shiny gold medal, not to mention a vehicle waiting for you at the end.

Conclusion

In conclusion, getting gold in GTA 5 parachute jump 10 of 13, Carving the Mountain, may seem challenging, but with our walkthrough guide, you can get it within a few tries. Make sure to practice and remember the critical factors on hitting the targets dead center.

hi in this video we’re going through how to get gold in the
gta 5 parachute jump 10 of 13 carving the mountain
hi and welcome back my name is Dan and i’m an old grumpy gamer grand theft auto is a truly

carving the mountain before we dive in if you’re new to the channel we do how-to guides

one is pretty straightforward with the critical factor being that you need to hit dead center
of the target even a few inches off will drop your percentage and your first time bonus the
good thing is though you can retry this as many times as you like without affecting your score
so to start this one we’ll need to make our way to cassidy creek you’ll see it marked on the map here
so that is uh that’s a heck of a view and that’s a long way down but when we’re ready
we’ll uh cut to franklin and just pull the trigger whenever you want we need to head
for that one straight away so i think we’re just straight onto the shoot here there we go shoot out
and we can lean forward to dip a little bit which is kind of handy
let’s anticipate the turn there as well we do have a ways to go
all right so this one is pretty straightforward uh right up until the very very last second when
we need to i think we do a few turns turn around but those helpful little markers there which i’ve
not seen in any other missions and we can just take a few seconds to really enjoy the view and
enjoy rockstar’s work and they’ve done a fantastic job of this this game and the scenery just seven
eight years down the track after hundreds upon hundreds of hours still absolutely astonishes me
heading into some of the more hairy territory around the mountain here we need to make sure
we don’t dip too early we avoid some of the animals if they uh they’re flying by
and we just want to keep it really really steady with just a little bit of a tilt on
now it’s a pretty steep dive all the way back down do not do not let go of your shoot though
second last target there we go all right brakes on we just want to try and keep
franklin’s body or his head sort of lined up with the center there just to make sure that we’re
right might need to drop at the very last second oh couldn’t ask for better than that that was
100 and they’ve left a nice atv for us here so very very happy with that one 300 and
change for the trouble so very very happy with that so what are your thoughts do you have any
tips for other viewers or could this be done differently leave your comment down below and
check out the video on the left for the next jump or the one on the right for some more old
grumpy game of goodness stay safe wash your hands and we’ll see you in the next video
